I have not had a cigarette since I had hypnotherapy just can’t believe it. After speaking to a former smoker that Micheal helped a few years ago I looked into Hypnotherapy and made an appointment to speak to Michael about my particular issues, that being, mild depression, for which I was on medication for a few years, anger management and some anxiety.Michael recommended the Platinum Package-zoom sessions which I took up a few days later. From the very first session my life has changed so much that I no longer taking medication for my depression and I can now live my life free from the issues that have been affecting my life since I was a child.My sleep patterns have changed dramatically I no longer wake up feeling like I have not slept and having an aching jaw from clinching my teeth while I slept. The session was deeply personal. I never knew that smoking has a subconscious affect on me. I can honestly say, I haven't thought about smoking/vaping since the session. The desire is gone. A fifty year smoker and a sceptical 64 year old with respect to hypnosis and giving up. I was even more sus when it was recommended to do the session by zoom. After trying all the other options several times I thought what the heck. It's only the same cost as 3 weeks on the ciggies. My session was with Michael and everything went great. I don't know what happened as I'm sure I was awake the whole time but I finished that one session and somehow just knew I was a non smoker right then and there and that I will never smoke again. No cravings, no nothing. I don't even care at all when friends smoke nearby or offer me one. I just smile and say no thanks I'm a non smoker. It's been 6 months and I still know that I will never smoke again.

I have now been a non-smoker for 5 months after being a smoker for 42 years!! I cant believe how easy its been as I was a very dedicated to it and actually enjoyed (?!) smoking. However I HATED the power it had over me which is why I wanted to stop. I didn't care about the health reasons or the cost, I just didn't want to be a slave to it anymore. I've waited this long to leave a review because I wasn't sure if I would remain a non smoker.I highly encourage you to DO IT - the hypnotherapy - to stop doing it - the smoking, because its a really really dumb thing to do, we all know that. I'm so impressed with the results Im now doing weight loss sessions ( and NOT because I've gained weight due to not smoking) and Im also thinking of becoming a hypnotherapist coz its pretty awesome. I am now 3 months smoke free and I cannot tell you how appreciative I am having trusted Michael with hypnotherapy.I had previously attempted to quit smoking by reading the Allen carr book and using willpower but always failed and had almost given up hope that quiting was possible. I signed up for the 28 day program and I have to say the results surpassed my expectations. I admit I was a little bit skeptical at first, and was definitely skeptical when, during the first session, Michael said I'd probably find it started working straight away. However, it started working straight away! My eating habits changed straight away! There were also other positive outcomes I was not expecting, such as actually wanting to exercise more and actually following through. For the first time ever I have been going to the gym, which has surprised everyone who knows me well. I am so glad that I did this program and highly recommend it.

Absolutely blown away!I was a very heavy vaper, VERY HEAVY and I wasn't sure how I would go with getting off it after trying dozens of times cold turkey.But, Michael really knows how to tap into the subconscious and it's now more than 1 week later and I haven't even thought about having a puff. I had been smoking for 32 years when I contacted first contacted Michael. Michael talked to me for about 20 minutes, taking me through what he does and also making sure I was actually ready to stop smoking. After the initial conversation, I made a booking with Michael to have the hypnotherapy and start my new life. I must say I have always been a bit of a sceptic with this sort of thing, but Michael was amazing from start to finish and it really has worked. It has now been a month and I have no desire to smoke at all. The best part is I have not had to modify my life in any way (apart from finding stuff to spend all my extra money on) and even when drinking and being surround by smokers, I have not been tempted at all. I had my hypnotherapy session on the 20th February with Micheal.I had my last smoke at 2.15pmThen removed all cigarettes and 2 vapes I had bought and 5 bottles of vape liquid, and a box of nicorette chewing gum.The cigarettes I gave to my father and the other stuff went in the bin.We started at 3pm.And I was worried I wouldn't be ae to be hypnotisedThe feeling is amazing you are so relaxed, I couldn't open my eyes and I could feel myself go deeper when Micheal requested this, when I was bought out. The feeling cannot be explained.I didn't want a cigarette.I felt like I'd never smoked.I'd mentioned that I spend to much time playing games on phone.2 days later I hardly play the games.I have more motivation.And I'm now a non smoker, I only breathe fresh air for the rest of my life.I do get what I call my race car.Where I think I want a smoke but it flies through my mind so quick that I have a little giggle.Im loving being free of filthy cigarettes that controlled my life.I highly recommend Micheal.If tried everything multiple times.I've been a smoker over 30 yearsAnd 30 smokes a day.To absolutely none and not even wanting one.If you are ready to stop smoking.Do it through Micheal he is amazing and is so dedicated to hypnotherapy and his clients.

This works! I started smoking when I was 14 then could never fully quit. Would always try and end up having a couple of drinks and buying another pack. It was a cycle that went for well over a decade. I tried to smoke 1 week after m session with Michael (after a few drinks) and felt ill after I inhaled once. I sought out help from Michael to quit smoking over a month ago, booked a session in, somewhat skeptical yet hopeful - I had been a smoker for a little over 10 years (aprox 10 cigarettes a day!) and had tried many different methods for quitting all in which resulted in failure except one - The results are unbelievable, the frequency and intensity of cravings post hypnotherapy with Michael have dropped by 110% , quitting smoking had never been easier. In full transparency I will admit having taken 2 puffs of cigarette, in seperate occasions, once after having much to drink and another due to stress - Both of theses incidents took place on the first week post my hypnotherapy session and have not been repeated since. Today, it has been over 6 weeks since my session and I am completely cigarette free.Michael is a very patient, understanding and skilled hypnotherapist, and if you are truly looking to quit smoking you will not regret this decision. He has been very kind, the session was immensely relaxing and the results speak volumes for themselves. I am able to deal with stress without a cigarette, I have not gained weight in the process of cessation, I do not feel the urge to smoke a cigarette when around other smokers, I am completely free from cigarettes and I am very grateful for Michael who has helped me get there.

Two years ago in May, I saw Michael. A little sceptical, seasoned smoker (15/day), I had tried patches, champion, hypno, acupuncture, cold turkey... nothing had worked. I was a smoker for 41 years, OMG that is horrifying to think how much money has gone up in smoke and yuck how much I have been poisoning my body.I have tried to quit cigarettes using patches, sprays, gum and champex, nothing worked.I came across Breathe Hypnotherapy 🙂and thought this will work for me!!I called and spoke with Narelle and asked lots of questions and we both decided that this is the right path for me!I met with Michael and we chatted for 30 minutes, he was explaining the techniques of hypnosis, we decided that I was ready to become a non smoker 😊 So after an hour of being under I opened my eyes and I felt so relaxed. 2 1/2 week from when I last had a smoke.I can't believe how good I feel and how good food tastes.Walking past smokers.Hard to believe that I smelt like that.Never again.Best thing that I have ever done in my life for me and my family.Thank you for everything.Steve

I recently had the pleasure of being able to finally say goodbye to smoking!! Thanks to Michael and his magic hypnotherapy technique,I must say I was a little sceptical at first but after speaking with Michael he really made me realise this actually might work,as I was waiting for my wife to finish her session I went for a drive and got a coffee and had a smoke or two before I even went in to see Michael,I was ready to see him and off I went into the room,after the session I walked out the door a non smoker I have not touched one or want one since,it is amazing what Michael can teach your sub conscious mind.Thankyou Michael,if anyone is wanting to give up smoking call him cause he can help you get rid of the habit.I now breath fresh air 👍🏻😊

6 weeks into this and feel like I have never smoked, was a pack a day for 30 years very sceptical of this when i turned up but now recommend to everyone and anyone

After smoking for 35 years and trying everything else there is to try l made an appointment and saw Michael. Tomorrow l am 4 weeks smoke free and very confident that l won't ever smoke again. I still felt like smoking at times but found it much easier to resist and just not have one. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I went and saw Michael on the 28.01.17, sat in his car park, having my last cigarette. Went in, chatted for about 15 minutes, Michael explained the procedure of the way he works and what i should expect. After approximately an hour, we chatted again and i left in total honesty a non smoker. Didn't think about smoking on the way home (which was amazing). So in the 2 months since i did the Hypnotherapy, i can say the the thought of smoking does pop into my mind but just as quickly it is gone. I feel amazing and all the horrible side effects of smoking have gone. I can not thank him enough for helping me do this.

Michael has a fantastic attitude towards keeping people alive longer and helping them financially. BUT unless you are ready to give up, he won't take you onboard as a client. He is not out to take your money, he is out to save your life. I have heard numerous examples from clients themselves of how succesful he has been in helping them quit, and it isn't just smoking. 2 thumbs up.

Michael is committed to helping you stop smoking, however, you have to be committed too! If you are genuine about quiting (he will know if you aren't and he won't charge you), then you will leave Michael's session a non smoker.

Ok. So it's been almost (3 hours shy) of a week since I saw Michael... and I'm a non-smoker. Still. Surprised. Amazed.

Michael is positive, easy to listen to, easy to follow. Experienced and confident, the 60 minutes with him was the single most easiest thing I've done...
